Billing & Insurance 

I am an out of network provider, which means that I don’t bill insurance directly or set my fees based on insurance guidelines. Instead, you pay for services at the time of your appointment, and I can provide you with a receipt (often called a “superbill”) that you may choose to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services, though coverage varies.

Being an out-of-network provider afford us more flexibility and privacy. Because I am not required to follow insurance company rules, I am able to tailor treatment to your needs, spend more time on thorough assessments, and avoid the requirement of assigning a mental health diagnosis solely for insurance purposes.
