For many people, simply making the decision to attend therapy can begin a meaningful change process. How the change process unfolds is a collaborative decision that is influenced by research, your lived experiences, and the pacing and interventions that resonate with you.

The foundation of my clinical work rests on building a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in empathy and positive regard. Many of the people I work with come in feeling skeptical or disappointed by past therapy experiences. They have described experiences of feeling rushed, advised, or subtly steered toward solutions that didn’t actually feel right for them.

I believe that therapy is a space for people who want depth, clarity, and honesty—without being told what to do or who to be. Together, we will pay attention to how you relate, to how you carry responsibilities, and to how to hold your emotional experiences - and examine how these dynamics have been shaped over time.

I lead a process that is curious and compassionate, and centers around identifying the changes you wish to make.
